Joy Film Events

We’re having so much fun getting ready for the premiere of Joy Film Events!

“Modern art is a con. I am the world’s greatest con artist.”“Fame is love; I need love.”

“Da Vinci and Michelangelo: I can see the dandruff on their heads as I look from above down on them,” said Mark Kostabi in “Con Artist,” Michael Sladek’s entertaining documentary portrait of one of the art world’s most outrageous provocateurs. After growing up in Whittier, California Mr. Kostabi made a fortune, lost it, and reinvented himself.

Joy Film Event November 3Enjoy an evening of lively conversations, fun food, and fine film.

By invitation only, Joy TV presents New Yorker Film screenings. Watch a great movie “Cinema Paradiso” style in a private garden overlooking the sunset, twinkling lights, and distant mountain silhouettes.

If you’re into marketing, love creative people, and are curious about how a “con” artist promoted himself to stardom, you won’t want to miss this film.
